good drawing, I see a lot of improvement.
One thing to keep in mind when drawing the head is that the features wrap around the face. The mouth here looks pasted on.
The arms are a bit short, most noticably in her left arm.
Don't forget the side plane of her rib cage, having the breast touch the contour of left side makes her appear a little bit flat.
Lastly, the pose looks really stiff and awkward, I'm not sure if she is serving my food or about to smash a platter of drinks on my head.
Keep up the good work, though. I'm just nitpicky.
